Very busy at the cancer center that day so we expected some delays. Dr. Dean is well worth the waiting for. On our initial visit with him a year ago he took all the time we needed to explain things to us and talk us through the treatment process. He is the very best.

This provider was pleasant and respectful but appeared to be very tired , evidenced by constant yearning.Made very few eye contacts, was focused on computer work.

Dr. Dean is very punctual and that is greatly appreciated.

I was the last appointment of the day which I am sure was the cause of the delay for my appointment. Dr Dean apologized for the wait and I was very satisfied with my appointment.

Dr. Dean is the consummate professional. I've boasted about him to anyone who has asked about my care over the years. I could not be in better hands. His patients are lucky he is at the Clinic. He is not only the best oncologist (he's the only one) I've ever had, but he's also the best doctor I've ever had. He is a human being and genuinely cares about each patient. As a patient, that means so much.

Very thankful that I was able to see Dr. Dean and get his recommendations for my care moving on with treating my cancer

I am giving fair remarks - I waited for over an hour - but I know that I was fit in to see Dr. Dean as a referral from Dr. Phinney before my chemo started. So I knew that I would be waiting and was probably the last patient of the day - no fault of Dr. Dean

Reviewed on May 23, 2018

There was no one at the desk when I left - Dr. Dean seemed to be the only one who really cared what was going on with me. Dr. Dean explained my diagnosis better to me and I left with more knowledge of what to expect.

Reviewed on May 21, 2018

To contact Dr Dean's office I used the My Chart electronic messaging system, rather than the telephone. His responses through this seem have always been prompt and relevant. I have found Dr Dean to be one of the most outstanding doctors I have ever encountered. His technical understanding of my medical condition has been superb and his ability to communicate it to me has been excellent. He is patient and listens to my questions and addresses them with real concern. Quite simply his attitude and enthusiasm have helped me deal with a difficult medical condition and have given me the strength and conviction I needed to carry on.
