Dr Culver is a rock to us. He has been supportive and helped navigate through a tough autoimmune disease. He has the respect of the Mayo doctors in Phoenix where are primary residence is. We hope to have Culver for the long term to help us navigate this illness

It may seem as if I didn't take time to really assess the questions, they are all "very good", but indeed I did. The thing about my visit, was that it was as smooth and easy as I could have wanted. From the setting of the appointment, through the registrations, the testings, and meeting with Dr. Culver, everything was on time and efficient. I especially appreciate the empathy that staff showed. And when I was got turned around on my directions within the facility, there was always someone who seemed to sense it and offered their help. My compliments to Dr. Culver. His compassion and understanding, and suggestions were so very much appreciated. Thank you for allowing me to submit comments.
