I have been seeing Dr. Culver for nearly 20 years and from my very first visit he has always gone above and beyond trying to come up with the best plan for my care. I appreciate his professionalism and his ability and knowledge of my condition, and seeing me through the various stages of understanding sarcoidosis and it's effect on my lungs and heart. And I always feel as though Dr. Culver truly cares about my well-being, which is a comfort to me.

We have been together since 2005 and he has always made me feel important and very concerned about my health and treatment. I think he is a special doctor and always available when needed.

Dr. Culver is an excellent physician in that he explains all test results, answers all of my questions, and tells me honestly what is going on with my health. I'm not sure what the new phrase for "bedside manner" is, but Dr. Culver's is great!

It may seem as if I didn't take time to really assess the questions, they are all "very good", but indeed I did. The thing about my visit, was that it was as smooth and easy as I could have wanted. From the setting of the appointment, through the registrations, the testings, and meeting with Dr. Culver, everything was on time and efficient. I especially appreciate the empathy that staff showed. And when I was got turned around on my directions within the facility, there was always someone who seemed to sense it and offered their help. My compliments to Dr. Culver. His compassion and understanding, and suggestions were so very much appreciated. Thank you for allowing me to submit comments.
