Just a quick note - I realize and expect there to be delays in appointment times for various reasons - it would be helpful if there could be a method to notify the patient of something like this "the doctor is going to be a few minutes late - but your connection is on time and ready" - so that I'm not wondering on the other end whether i have a connection issue, wrong time, etc. etc.

Even though it is costly for me to travel to the Cleveland Clinic the entire experience was great. Please note that the Mayo Clinic is only 80 miles away from where I live so that gives you a little idea that I came to Cleveland Clinic instead of Mayo because of my understanding that the Cleveland Clinic was the best provider for cardiac care. The care was excellent!

Dr Samir Kapadia treated us with respect. He is the best physician in his field of Interventional cardiology . He offered different options in treatment. He explained why he would choose one kind of coronary stent in my case compared to other stents. The procedure went well and there were no complications. He explained everything to my family and me.
