I just moved here from Texas and Dr. Najm was my first interaction with an Ohio physician and WOW, if other physician and providers are anything as courteous, caring and knowledgeable as him I am thrilled. He spoke to me as I would hope a physician would, a physician who is attentive, caring, and not burned out or too busy with capturing data. Impressed from a quality and satisfaction standpoint.

I left most of the questions blank as this was my first formal interaction as a patient with the Clinic and I do not have anything to compare. Also, I did not interact with any other staff but Dr. Najm.

we are so happy with Doctor Najm, he is very thorough and detailed about her case. many doctors dont get Elizabeths humor about her seizures, she says im not going to cry about them, it is what it is and im going to have them.. so after they talk about the case seriously, she then lets something funny out and Doctor Najm just gets it. she is very comfortable talking to him. Elizabeth also has OCD which many times its hard to leave the house and she really likes the fact that she can do these visits Virtual. Elizabeth has had 3 other doctors and not one of them wanted to talk with her, they only wanted to write notes and say see ya in 3 months. where as Doctor Najm listens, has changes meds to see if it works better, and dosent rush thru her appointments. working with him is a pleasure.. thank you

we love the video visit and have recommend it to others. they send the text about 15 minutes early so you can prepare, use restroom, etc before the doctor jumps on.

Dr. Najm seems over-booked; he is unable to give much time to his patients. That said, he appears to have cured my epilepsy, so I'll continue to give good overall reviews.
