Mary Cooper was willing to take as much time as I needed to understand my procedure, as well as the importance of the preparation I needed to make in order to have the surgery. She was courteous, friendly, and clearly possessed great knowledge about what I was about to encounter.

In my opinion, Mary Cooper represents the epitome an executive level primary medical care provider at CCF. She clearly understands and demonstrates the definition of patient care, while effecting a positive outlook toward my anticipating a positive outcome from my upcoming cervical spine surgery. I am actually looking forward to my surgery and the quality of life improvements to follow my rehab!

Mary Cooper was an excellent practitioner. She explained all of the procedures and was able to answer my questions. She was sympathetic to my limited arm function and did everything possible to accommodate it. She was also very personable and displayed an appropriate sense of humor.
