I live in NY. In questioning and asking the Dr about a one month program or using meds that in the past have help with my issue he kept saying I had to be in Cleveland I asked if he could recommend a Dr that was closer to my home. I do NOT like being on disabiliy and I felt very insulted by the Dr attiude, which was one of the first questions he asked me. I can NOT afford to live in Cleveland for a month and just drop my life here in NY. I can NOT afford to spend three days in Cleveland for some of the infusion therpy he recommend. Mentally I am very stable and he made me feel lower a human should. I would NEVER recommend this Dr to anyone. I have emailed him twice now. I felt very rushed at time of visit, he kept check his cell or pager and was in a great rush. I am a human and I do deserve to be treated with care and respect. Dr. Estemalik was very thorough and repeated his instructions. I never felt rushed during my appointment and he took the time to answer all my questions.
