Nurse Jen Jarochovic was exceptionally helpful before and during our appointment. Fellow Dr Hope Guzzo took time to show us the details of our tests and answer our questions, she has a wonderful presence and made us feel at ease, even my 14 year old daughter. Dr. Valente is wonderful, fully answered our questions, helped us know what to expect with the surgery, and we felt informed and exceptionally well cared for.

Dr. Valente explained the results of my exam and needed followup. She was cognizant of my travel time to see her (8hrs) and reviewed my options for followup testing and her willingness to review my scans as needed. She has always been personable and respectful of my needs, and presented me with options to ensure I have the best outcome possible. I appreciate her honesty and expertise.

Dr. Valente is an empathetic, caring physician who is easy to reach and timely in her response. She's been a huge patient advocate and involves others as needed to make the best treatment plan. The only thing that would improve the care received is if the rest of the office/nursing staff also worked similarly to care for patients in a respectful manner.
