my experience with Dr. Valente and the office staff was excellent. however, I was also ordered a follow up ultrasound. I had to wait over an hour in a gown to have the ultrasound done, and the providers did not listen to me when I explained why I needed the ultrasound

After taken to OR, room was not ready so the person left me in hallway by myself. With no glasses on, I couldn't see and wait made me very unease. *Dr. Valente found me & sat with me which was beyond nice and comforting.

Dr. S. Valente has always displayed high level of interest, empathy, friendliness, proficiency, knowledge, love, support. She even offered to continue seeing and following up with me rather than just signing off as my surgeon. Few doctors have this kind of bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Valente.
