Reviewed on Nov 13, 2019

Dr. Gorgun and his team were awesome. He listened to me, I felt cared for as a patient. I was treated with dignity and respect by all. He was very empathetic, knowledgeable, and humble. He sat down and faced me directly as he discussed his findings and recommendation for comfort. He asked if I had any questions and answered all of them in a professional, caring manner. He exceeded my expectations, well worth the drive from Bethel, Ohio. Way to go for Dr. Gorgun and his team, it is very hard to establish a therapeutic relationship during one visit, they NAILED it! I will be back, waiting to find out if the recommended procedure (botox in my bottom) is covered by my insurance and if not, how much will a visit cost including the anesthesia, medication, etc.
