Dr Farrow is an amazing person and doctor. He asks how I'm doing, listens, and understands why I'm there and what are my goals. I feel like he's "on my team" and rooting for me -- he truly wants me to achieve my health goals and get back to running, biking, and hiking. I appreciate how he thinks through what I'm doing, imagines what it's like to be In my position, and offers options. I feel like he shows up and does his best for patients every day. He's innovative, smart, and supportive. I saw three doctors (OSU and Orthopedic One) before coming to Dr Farrow -- the level of performance, dedication, and patient care is night and day. He's worth the 2+ hours drive each way and I'm grateful for the care he's provided me

Reviewed on Apr 2, 2024

It's well worth the drive from Columbus to be a patient at Cleveland Clinic. I wish every doctor was as caring, smart, engaged, and supportive as Dr Farrow and his team. By comparison, in Columbus at Ortho One, I was told that at my age I shouldn't be doing high-impact sports. If I would have accepted that kind of short-sighted advice, I'd be missing out on everything I love doing outdoors. I'm grateful that Dr Farrow is on my team and doing everything he can to get me back to living life on my terms. Thank you so much!!!

Dr. Farrow's "bedside manner" is impecable

Reviewed on Mar 1, 2024

Dr. Farrow was the most professional Dr. That I have had to deal with throughout my injury. Dr farrow evaluated me in depth more so than any Dr. I had been to for this injury and I have seen atleast a dozen other doctors prior to be evaluated. Once Dr. Farrow was done he sat down and answered all my questions and provided detailed explanations for each question we had. Many of these questions other doctors had not been able to answer for me and my family. I traveled 6 hours to see Dr. Farrow because my prior surgeon highly recommended him, I understand why and it was well worth the trip. In conclusion Dr. Farrow gave me the answers I have been looking for for almost 2 years on a injury that occurred while working. Dr farrow is highly recommended and the only Dr. I trust to do my next surgery in the future.

Dr. Farrow is awesome!

Reviewed on Feb 14, 2024

Well, admittedly,I wasn't a fan of having my appointment time switched to the end of the clinic day. The reasons given were so that the doctor could spend more time with me and because I was traveling from out of town. I understand you all protecting your schedule and not wanting it littered with late arrivals, but I would appreciate the benefit of the doubt. I'm punctual for appointments. Taking this later appointment time resulted In my sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes after the appointment time (you all were running late instead of me.... Ironic lol). I wonder if I would have waited as long if I could have kept the earlier appointment?

Reviewed on Feb 14, 2024

Dr Farrow, the fellow, and PA were all amazing! Intelligent, got to know me, asked what my goals are, were personable, funny, and communicated in an easy going yet factual manner. For the first time in 7 months I feel like I actually have a medical team on my side that is rooting for me and will help me recover 100% (I was formerly with OSU). I am thrilled and so grateful!!

I liked the option of a video visit because I am not home, but I would always prefer an in-person visit due to the fact that my surgery consists of needing to see the area. For the circumstances given Dr. Farrow did a good job getting an understanding of where I am at.

10/10 would recommend Dr. Farrow over Dr. Google any day.Really, though, my experience with Dr. Farrow has been fantastic. He's very open to my questions and concerns and doesn't make me feel silly for asking. I also feel that he cares about the person and not just the patient, and that goes a long way in what is otherwise a stressful situation.

Dr. Lutul Farrow did an exceptional job, as usual. He spent a lot of time examining my daughter's foot, having her perform different skills to assess her injury, and scrutinizing her x-rays. We had a rather lengthy visit as Dr. Farrow was very thorough and taking into consideration all of the questions that I ask. He never pushed us out of there even though he agreed to see her beyond what his schedule actually allowed. We were accommodated on the day I requested the appointment and we ran in immediately so we could be seen by Dr. Farrow.
