Perfect first appt. Dr. Shwarz covered ALL aspects, options, concerns and took the time to genuinely review ALL my medical records.

The dr while well versed in his field had a really poor sense of empathy. He pretty much told me what I wanted to do would not be a good idea. Great. He obviously knows best. It was the way he delivered themessage. It boardered on rude and dissmissive. He told me to talk to another dr and come back in 4 to 6 months.

Despite Dr. Shwarz being pulled from meetings to take care of my procedure , he apologized, made sure I was comfortable, and went about his excellent care.
