Dr. Graham Schwarz is an empathetic listener and gives me sober consideration for my inquiries on medical issues that here to for troubled me for some time. He truly was a fine clinician in rendering aid I felt I needed and was over due. This same issue brought to the Mayo Clinic was not one they worked on and gave me warnings it wasn't recommended.I'm glad, through the exposure of CCF TV Ads here in Chicago, during Covid, that I reached out to your organization and got a consult with Dr. Graham Schwarz quite quickly.June 4th I will be 120 days post op and doing well. I wish him nothing but continued fulfillment in his career.

Had some post up PT follow up locally at OSF Little Company of Mary Hospital (to measure for compression garments) near my home in Chicago, and my PT was so impressed with before and after pictures of work I had done she's seriously considering reaching out to Dr. Graham and having the same procedure, given she's a candidate.

Sarah and Dr Schwartz are the greatest team. I highly recommend both of them. As a health care provider myself, I am very critical about the care I receive.

Reviewed on Apr 27, 2021

Dr. Schwarz, Sarah Block, CNP and the extended team continue to impress me! Overall Cleveland Clinic experience through the years has been subpar, and their team is truly exceptional. They certainly raise the bar for the CCF and the industry as a whole.

Reviewed on Jun 26, 2020

Dr. Schwarz is extremely professional and considerate. He always allows time for questions and never makes you feel rushed. I feel very fortunate to have such an amazing physician/surgeon!

Reviewed on Jun 23, 2020

After being extremely late, I didn't feel that the provider (dr) cared very much for my particular issues or even me. I felt like i was a bother and felt small because I wasn't very informed or sure about what i wanted. I thought that he would help me figure out what was best for me and my body. I dont know if his day was just bad or extremely busy, but I don't feel comfortable having him as my doctor for this procedure. the NP was better, but it seemed like I was just one of a thousand patients that wasn't the same thing and not really an individual. Overall a bad/disappointing experience and I won't likely use CCF for my procedure. I was excited for the appt and looking forward to starting the process.. very disappointing. I left there feeling worse about my body than I went in

Reviewed on Jun 21, 2020

Docs were very kind, polite & effective.
