Lori K. Posk MD FACP is Medical Director for MyChart the Cleveland Clinic’s Personal Patient Portal. She also serves as a Medical Director for the Clinical System Office. She is Associate Staff in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Twinsburg Family Health Center. She is Assistant Professor of Medicine and has faculty appointment in the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. Her specialty interest include geriatrics and preventive medicine.
Dr. Posk is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Mich., and completed her internship and residency in Internal medicine at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Ohio.
She has been recognized as “ Top Doctor” as well as well as Distinguished Educator. She is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association.

I am very lucky to have Dr. Posk as my primary provider of care. She is a great diagnostician and always shows care and thoughtfulness during our visits. She was the first provider that listened to my history of frequent illness, some serious and sent me to an Immunologist. As it turned out my immunity was extremely compromised. I am now on weekly infusions of Xembify and my immunity has greatly improved. Thank you, Dr. Posk!

Dr Posk was an excellent listener . This was my first visit with her and she took the time necessary to understand my health profile.

Dr Posk was very thoughtful, professional and helpful. She was not rushed and gave thorough consideration to my concerns. I had my ears flushed by an assistant, who was very good, but when water couldn't complete the task, Dr Posk returned to finish.

Absolutely would recommend Dr. Posk to everyone I care about. My husband and I are both patients and are so impressed and grateful that she is so concerned with our health and wellbeing! She is amazing and the greatest asset to Cleveland Clinic!

We are very impressed and believe having the expertise of Dr. Lori Posk as our internist is so fortunate, and we have lived near some of the biggest name hospitals in Philadelphia. Dr. Posk is an excellent physician and a great humanitarian!

I do like Dr Posk, I am a retired physician and she is very thorough. I don't feel rushed . If there is any doubt as in my case there was , she sent me for further testing
