Cleveland Clinic strives to make scientific advances that will benefit patient care and support outside relationships that promise public benefit. In order for the discoveries of Cleveland Clinic physicians' and scientists' laboratories and investigations to benefit the public, these discoveries must be commercialized in partnership with industry. As experts in their fields, Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists are often sought after by industry to consult, provide expertise and education.
To assure professional and commercial integrity in such matters, Cleveland Clinic maintains a program that reviews these collaborations and, when appropriate, puts measures in place to minimize bias that may result from ties to industry. Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

I checked in at the Solon clinic on the kiosk at the front area. It said I was checked in. I went up stairs to the Doctors waiting area - told the receptionist I had checked in at the kiosk. She said I was good to go. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room. I again approached the receptionist and she then told me the check in had not worked and they thought I was a no show! They immediately went to Dr. Rosneck to inform him that I was there. They saw me very shortly after that and apologized for the mishap in checking-in. My appointment from then on was great. I really appreciate Dr. Rosneck's care. He exams, explains, shows me the xrays, all was good with Dr. Rosneck and the resident.

except for the board that showed the Doctor was running 15 minutes late no other communication about delay in appointment was given. turns out the printer was down so that delayed my appointment.

Dr. Rosneck is a wonderful Dr. He is very professional and takes the time to listen to all concerns and answer all questions.

I was impressed that Dr. Rosneck actually looked at some of my medical records. I've been to multiple doctors who never even pulled my records up while I was in the room, yet they were giving me their opinion on my issues. AND he actually gave me somewhat of a physical exam, which other doctors never bothered doing. Maybe I'm setting the bar low, but I've had some pretty frustrating experiences over the past 1.5 years with the doctors I've seen. I actually felt like this visit was worth my time and energy and not a total waste like the last few.
