Dr. Roesneck demonstrated his professionalism again. He succinctly dives into the details of my MRI without overwhelming me with too much rhetoric. We covered everything in a short time and he confirmed my eligibility for surgery. Looking forward to another positive result in a few months.

Dr. Rosneck is Awesome!!

Reviewed on Aug 4, 2021

For this appointment I saw Kristen L Banjac, PA-C. She was wonderful and obviously dedicated to her patients and the care they receive.I also want to make sure to mention that I appreciate Dr. Rosneck, MD, for doing this procedure since my original surgeon retired. I have been suffering with this issue for quite a while. But, within days after Dr. Rosneck "fixing" me I started to feel the healing. I never thought my knee would feel normal again. Because of Dr. James Williams, Dr. Peter Brooks, and Dr. James Rosneck, I am feeling better than I have in decades. I can't wait to have the other knee replaced by Dr. Brooks and be a whole person again. World class customer care.

I will be completely honest here. I am an overweight female, who in the past had been treated very poorly and unprofessionally by other doctors. I am always on edge when I am visiting a new doctor, so my guard is up. I, however did not need to be guarded with Dr.Rosneck and his staff. I was treated with respect, and not shown disgust when I would ask questions. It was probably the best experience I had with a medical team in ten years.

Reviewed on Mar 24, 2021

Dr. Rosneck provided excellent information about my issue, but I wish he had spent more time reviewing option treatments. it felt like he was in a hurry to complete the visit. I was also disappointed to hear he uses a PA to do cortisone shots unlike other orthopedic surgeons who see people I know and do the injections themselves.

I very much appreciated Dr Rosneck's interactions with my daughter. He did not look to me to answer questions for her, but instead directed everything to her. Toward the end of the appointment, he asked both of us if we had any concerns or questions and he thoroughly addressed the ones we had.

Dr Rosneck was wonderful. I left the office with hope about returning to my exercise regimen in the future

Reviewed on Jan 13, 2021

Doctor and any assistants should listen better to the patient and document complaint and symptoms more accurately. I looked I'm at Ny Chart and read doctors notes which have completely false information listed. I advised 3 people during my visit nurse, student doctor and Dr Rosneck about symptoms I was having yet it was marked in my chart notes that I denied having the symptoms. How I injured myself was documented incorrectly. Se real inaccuracies documented during this visit. Very frustrating and disappointing. Shows that nobody was listening to me the patient. Accurate notes should be taken when patient is being questioned and examined. Incorrect chart information is inexcusable and can cause insurance payment issues let alone could cause an error in treatment.
