Ultrasound Tests

Ultrasound tests are noninvasive tests which use ultrasound, or high frequency sound wave, to create graphic images of the heart and vascular structures, pumping action, and direction of blood flow.

Carotid Artery Duplex Vascular Ultrasound Carotid Artery Duplex Vascular Ultrasound
Ultrasound is used to create images of soft tissue structures and can also be used to detect blockages in the blood vessels.
Echocardiogram Echocardiogram
An echocardiogram (echo) is a graphic outline of the heart's movement.
Echocardiogram with Strain Imaging Echocardiogram with Strain Imaging
Evaluates the function of the heart muscle (myocardium) using cardiac ultrasound, to identify subtle changes in heart function.
Dobutamine Stress Echocardiogram Dobutamine Stress Echocardiogram
The dobutamine stress echo test involves the injection of a medication called dobutamine while you are closely monitored.
Dobutamine Stress Echocardiogram Exercise Stress Echocardiogram
The exercise stress echo test involves exercising on a treadmill or stationary cycle while you are closely monitored.
Pulse Volume Recordings Pulse Volume Recordings
A non-invasive vascular test in which blood pressure cuffs and a hand-held ultrasound device are used to obtain information about arterial blood flow in the arms and legs.
Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE) Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE)
The TEE test provides a close look at the heart's valves and chambers, without interference from the ribs or lungs.
Transthoracic Echocardiogram (TTE) Transthoracic Echocardiogram (TTE)
The most common type of echocardiogram, which is a still or moving image of the internal parts of the heart using ultrasound.
Vascular Ultrasound Vascular Ultrasound
Non-invasive ultrasound method used to examine the blood circulation in the arms and legs.
Vascular Ultrasound: Arterial & Venous Mapping Vascular Ultrasound: Arterial & Venous Mapping
Views and records the blood flowing through the veins and arteries.
Non-Invasive Testing for Vascular Disease Non-invasive Testing for Vascular Disease
The Vascular Lab provides non-invasive testing to locate areas of vascular blockage and disease.
