About the Program
Our Student Housing Program offers a secure, controlled environment where Cleveland Clinic-affiliated students can easily and conveniently search for housing that best fits their needs.
Students input their housing preferences to filter and view available properties, including photos and a brief description. Once the students select properties they’re interested in, we receive the request and confirm they are affiliated with Cleveland Clinic. Once they are confirmed, we send them the vendor contact information for the properties they selected. Each vendor is then notified of the housing request and can reach out to the student.
Become a Vendor
About the Program:
We frequently are seeking housing vendors that offer either short- or long-term housing accommodations.
Our program accepts applications from vendors located throughout most of Northeast Ohio and that are within close proximity of the Cleveland Clinic main campus or a Cleveland Clinic hospital.
What we seek in a "Preferred" Vendor:
- Strong interest in serving Cleveland Clinic-affiliated students and visitors
- Ability to commit to a one-year contract
- Experience in managing or renting a property
- Owning a property within close proximity of a Cleveland Clinic location or close to public transportation with a direct route to a Cleveland Clinic location
- Excellent customer service skills
We review property details to ensure all properties are student/visitor friendly. Some areas we pay particular attention to include:
- Rental prices
- Amenities (such as parking, utilities, appliances)
- Convenient access to stores and entertainment
At time of acceptance, a contract agreeing to our program terms must be signed.
All accepted vendors are required to commit to at least one year of listing and must pay an annual listing fee per property.
What is expected of a "Preferred" Vendor:
As a "Preferred" Vendor of our program, you are expected to work directly with Cleveland Clinic-affiliated students and visitors. All contracts, leases and payment agreements are handled directly between you as the vendor and the student/visitor.

All change requests are generally processed within 2 business days.
Please note, each property is only allowed 3 listing change requests a year, with the exception of availability updates.
