Kathleen Deley, PharmD
PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident
Kathleen Deley is from Chardon, Ohio, and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She decided to pursue residency to gain additional clinical knowledge and experience, especially in her area of interest in psychiatry. After completing this PGY-1 residency, Kathleen is planning to either complete a PGY2 in psychiatry or attain a clinical pharmacist position in a hospital. In her spare time, Kathleen enjoys reading, taking walks with her dogs, and trying new restaurants with her friends and family.
Kim Faro, PharmD
PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident
Kimberly Faro is from Gallipolis, Ohio and received her Doctor of Pharmacy from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She decided to pursue residency because of her interests in adolescent behavioral health and the improvement of access to healthcare in rural communities. After completion of her PGY1, she plans on pursuing a PGY2 in psychiatric medicine. Outside of residency, Kim enjoys caring for her pets, exploring new walking trails, and baking.
Cassandra Kruse, PharmD
PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident
Cassandra Kruse is from Granger, Indiana and earned her PharmD from the University of Findlay. She is passionate about health literacy and improving healthcare access. Her main practice interests are psychiatry and emergency medicine, and she plans to pursue a PGY-2 residency. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys hiking, going to concerts, and spending time with her cat, Wrigley.
