Dr. Mary Cherveny is from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) in Rootstown, Ohio. She is interested in residency because she wants to pursue a career in emergency medicine or critical care and she hopes to complete a PGY-2 in one of these interest areas. Mary is enrolled in the NEOMED teaching certificate program as part of her residency experience. In her leisure time, Mary enjoys traveling, going to Notre Dame football games, and having virtual workout classes with her friends.

Dr. Jessica Burval is from Beaver, Pennsylvania and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio. She decided to pursue a residency because of an interest in psychiatry and plans to complete a PGY2 in psychiatry next year. Jessica is also interested in academia and is participating in the NEOMED teaching certificate program. She spends her free time exploring new coffee shops, running, and listening to music and podcasts.
