Summit

Building the future healthcare workforce

Join us and be part of a growing network dedicated to advancing the healthcare workforce pipeline.

When: October 14–16, 2026
Where: Intercontinental Cleveland, Cleveland Clinic Main Campus

The Cleveland Clinic Education's Center for Youth and College Education (CYCE) prepares the next generation of caregivers for meaningful careers in healthcare.

Since 2005, Cleveland Clinic has offered K–12 and post secondary learning opportunities showcasing healthcare roles. With the launch of CYCE, those efforts grew into a broader portfolio of programs, including career pathways, high school and college internships and immersive shadowing experiences, all designed to inspire and develop future healthcare professionals.

Health systems across the country share a common goal: strengthening the healthcare workforce pipeline. As these efforts continue to grow, collaboration remains essential. The CYCE Summit brings together leaders and innovators who are committed to that work.
