Dr McNamara is/was personable, spoke plainly and understandably, and took time to ensure that our questions and concerns were addressed at the time of our appointment

Dr. McNamara is very personable. He makes my visits feel relaxed, and I feel I am being heard. He is a cheerleader for my continued cancer free status. He also shows for concern for my other health issues and concerns. I have a port that needs periodic flushing. Since I will not have a planned visit to see him for another year, he put in orders for flushing to be done at a Cleveland Clinic location closer to my home. My wife and I appreciate that kind of assistance. I feel well cared for with my Cleveland Clinic doctors.

Dr. McNamara was not the doctor who managed my chemotherapy during my cancer treatment, but he has been very good in taking care of me when Dr. Sohal moved to another facility. I really felt very well cared for by Dr. Sohal during my treatment, and I feel that Dr. McNamara gives that same caring feeling to me. He is very pleased with my after treatment progress and encourages me with information on my prognosis given my treatment and continued care. I feel fortunate to have him for my doctor.
