Michael McNamara, MD, is Associate Staff in the Department of Solid Tumor Oncology at Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Institute. Dr. McNamara is board-certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. His specialty areas include esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, stomach cancer, and solid tumor disorders.
Dr. McNamara received his B.S. degree at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed an internship and internal medicine residency at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pennsylvania, followed by a medical oncology fellowship, also at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. McNamara was appointed as an Associate Staff Physician in Solid Tumor Oncology in 2008.
