Marcella Took the time to listen to me. she was interested in my overall health not just the reason that I made the appointment. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about my concern. She broke everything down in a way that I could understand. I have had many appointments over the years, and this Appointment was by far one of the best ones I've ever experienced. I would highly recommend Marcella to anyone.

Marcellia is super at her job!!! Her exam is very thorough and I know she is a very caring person! She always has left me know personally about the results of my mammogram either by phone or My Chart. I am so thankful that I was referred to Cleveland Clinic 14 years ago for my care! Even though it is a hour and a half drive it is so worth it! Thank you so much!

Dr. Stephens is an incredibly empathetic provider and I always have a wonderful experience when I see her. I see her twice a year for survivorship appointments and she is very knowledgable, and puts me at ease, as these appointments always have anxiety surrounding them. I appreciate the care she provides and her bedside manner is incredible.

This was an annual appointment with Marcellia Stevens. I was not having any issues or problems but I did have some questions. As she always does, Marcellia explains everything and is patient and takes time with my exam.

Ms. Stephens was exceptionally thorough and kind. Despite what seemed to be an especially busy day for her, she never made me feel rushed. She had clearly reviewed her notes about my issues before our appointment, allowing us to jump right into the conversation without me having to recap everything. In many other appointments, I often feel the need to bring the doctor or NP up to speed before we can address my concerns; however, this was not the case with Ms. Stephens. Although I have options closer to home, I will continue to choose her care because of the thoughtful and attentive experience she provides.

I can't say enough good about Marcellia Stephens! I saw other providers several years ago for my problem and they gave conflicting reports and dismissed my concerns. Marcellia had me do some diagnostic testing right then, got the results and saw me before I left. She took my concerns seriously, explained what the problem is and how it is different from what I feared. She was so knowledgeable and reassuring! I highly recommend her.

I have been seeing Marcella for a few years. Not only is she extremely intelligent and knowledgeable, she has an amazing bedside Manner and is always extremely patient with me and my anxieties surrounding my yearly mammogram. Marcellia Stephens is my provider. She is a very caring person. Whenever I have my appointment with Marcellia she takes her time with me and discusses any of my concerns with compassion.
