Kathy Dobrosky should be the poster child for "quality customer care" at the Cleveland Clinic.

Cathy Dobrowski was a patient listener and was very thorough in her exam. She gave a good explanation of my medical problem and followed up with appropriate and effective treatment. She also followed up with my blood test results and gave me advice on those results. i would definitely see her again for treatment and recommend her to others.

She is very easy to talk to and willing to try different treatment to try to fine what medication will work.

We discussed "going forward" as well as medication options with regards to my current insurance. I felt like I was truly part of the decision making process, which hasn't always been the case in past medical appointments.
