I saw this provider during an infusion treatment. She was hurried, showed minimal for care for me or my concerns, and added nothing to my treatment. She maybe stayed for a minute at most. I was upset they counted this as a visit. The nurse was wonderful and the physicians who visited the other two days were great as well. The negative review is about Cathy.

It didn't seem like she was prepared for the appointment. Most of the visit was spent on her reviewing my history and me reiterating information that was already documented. This caused the rest of the visit to feel rushed. She didn't ask if I needed refills on my current medication. When I asked questions, the answers were brief and/or not helpful. She told me to read the after visit summary for future treatment options, but the summary isn't showing in the app. She said someone would call me to make my next appointment, but no phone call yet. Very disappointing.

Kathy did a wonderful job. Was very patient, attentive, and even let me know of a location closer to where I live where I could have my next set of infusions done. This was my second set of infusions with her, and hate needles, but she's very good at her job

Cathy is excellent. Under pressure to deal with so many patients many of whom are in pain Cathy always attends carefully. She is a superior caregiver, highly skilled and compassionate.

I felt like she was upset because I have had to try various medications and she just started pulling ones up to deal with the pain. She was actually googling different medications on the televisit and then would recommend one. I could have done what she was doing. She appeared to be less than enthused she had to do the televisit. She didn't even greet me at the beginning with "good morning", "hello", anything.
