Dr Bott-Silverman expresses a very very high professional knowledge. She also keeps me well informed, answers all questions (I had a list) completely and in an easy to grasp manner. I feel grateful that I was referred to her by Dr Simpfendorfer. They are my team and are both very caring about my health and put me at ease. I happily follow their recommendations.

Dr. Bott-Silverman was very nice and explained items and reiterated the plan on the way out to the exit. it means a lot when a doctor will walk you out and to make sure I understand the instructions.

The doctor assign to me specialized mainly in heart transplant patients, which did not apply to me at all.As a result, she was totally unable to discuss any possible treatments that are available at the CC for my condition, which is cardiomyopathy. My opinion of your in-take procedure is that it is totally inadequate (my specific condition was relayed at the time my app't was made). I consider it inexcusable for an institution with your reputation to fail to assign a doctor with knowledge of & experience with the condition being presented.I am completely unhappy with my visit to the CC.

Reviewed on Jul 23, 2020

I traveled a long way and barely got any time. I wanted to talk about medication changes and she said to find a provider near my home.
