Cleveland Clinic strives to make scientific advances that will benefit patient care and support outside relationships that promise public benefit. In order for the discoveries of Cleveland Clinic physicians' and scientists' laboratories and investigations to benefit the public, these discoveries must be commercialized in partnership with industry. As experts in their fields, Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists are often sought after by industry to consult, provide expertise and education.

To assure professional and commercial integrity in such matters, Cleveland Clinic maintains a program that reviews these collaborations and, when appropriate, puts measures in place to minimize bias that may result from ties to industry. Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

Dr Bullard is definitely patient focused

Reviewed on May 24, 2019

Dr. Bullard seemed like a nice person. however, this was my bey first time seeing a Dermatologist ever in my life time and I expected a more thorough examination. All she did was looked into my hair and prescribed me some medication and that was it! That's what I paid a couple hundred dollars for. I was referred to another department to do the more thorough examination. So, why charge me when full service was given to me what I actually came for. if I had went to to private doctor, I think the visit would have been more personable. I would not recommend to see her again, sorry. no one from that office returned my phone call or reach out to me to find out how was my first time visit to the dermatology office. sad!

would not recommend. doctor was very nonchalant about my condition

in general office visits generally run 30 to 60 minutes late. think the doctors are being overbooked.

Reviewed on Apr 9, 2019

It was a pleasant and professional doctor visit.

Reviewed on Apr 1, 2019

Dr. Bullard is very good. I feel that she like the other Dr.'s feel rushed because you schedule too little time with each patient.

Reviewed on Mar 21, 2019

Dr. Bullard is booked for so long it is not easy to get appointments with her unless you are willing to wait a number of months. This is not a failure on Dr. Bullard's part, but that of Cleveland Clinic as they do not have enough dermatologists on staff.

Reviewed on Mar 15, 2019

Dr. Bullard allows me to participate in my care and treatment. It demonstrates that respects and values me as a person.

I did like how Dr. Bullard sat down and spoke to me face to face.

Reviewed on Jan 23, 2019

It wasn't a level 5, the Doctor was in a hurry I should say, she spent like 5 min with me and didn't ask or worry if I had other symptoms or other questions, she was so desperate to finish the day, that I didn't feel comfortable with that . Unfortunately, not the best appointment.

Reviewed on Jan 16, 2019

Reviewed on Nov 14, 2018

Dr. Bullard was amazing, very thorough and answered all my questions making sure my concerns were addressed.

Reviewed on Nov 7, 2018

I felt that the reason I really expect solutions, it wasn't as to try helping me now. Because Insurance changes I felt more communication trying to help me in the past with other dermatologist doctors than this one that really didn't care what really put the effort to put solutions for what I went to see her for.

Reviewed on Oct 23, 2018

The doctor is very thorough. However, we always experience long wait times, both in scheduling the appointment way into the future and on the day of the appointment.

dr Bullard is exceptional. I drive 45 mins to see her because I used to live closer to the clinic. however she is tops in the field and it is worth traveling the distance to see her

Reviewed on Sep 14, 2018

I waited over one hour to see the provider. that's too long. she is in very high demand

Reviewed on Aug 22, 2018

I had a good experience. Brief wait time in reception and waiting room the doctor came in. Dr Cheri Bullard is patient, kind, and thorough- great doctor, very grateful for her expertise in catching Basel, Squammus cells etc.

waited 35 minutes past appointment time. learned nothing in the office with doctor, should have saved my copay and used google.

Reviewed on Jul 12, 2018

Receptionist failed to mention that the doctor was running 30 minutes late and when I asked the question, her reply was, if that's what it says ..................!

Reviewed on Jul 11, 2018

My appt. was at 1:00 and wasn't called back until after 2:30. No one said anything at checkin and the reader board said she was on time. I can't complain though because the doctor did far more than just the annual skin check I was there for. if she treats all of her patients that way than that explains why she would be running so late. Dr. Bullard is very thorough and of the four doctors I've seen at the Clinic she is one of the top two!

Reviewed on Jul 11, 2018

Dr. Bullard nurse was very friendly and nice! She was very thorough during the new patient review and the rest of the appt.

Reviewed on Jul 11, 2018

I waited months for an annual skin cancer check. The doctor was running 45 minutes late when I arrived on time. I saw a nurse at 45 minutes or so, but did not see the doctor until 100 minutes after my appointment time.

Reviewed on Jul 11, 2018

I used self-check-in and it did not advise of any delay, but to go to the waiting area. When I did I could not see the "delay board." When I inquired the first response was to check my check-in time with an accusatory attitude as if I arrived late - I did not. When the nurse took me in she asked me questions and had me change into a gown where I waited another 40 minutes before seeing the doctor.

Reviewed on Jul 11, 2018

She did not advise that there would be an additional long wait, or come back to check on me at any time. The only time the door opened before the doctor arrived was when someone apologized and was obviously surprised to find anyone in the room.

Reviewed on Jul 11, 2018

Saw provider for a routine skin check. Her specialty is dermatology. Long waits for any dermatology appointments. Mine was six months. Parking is always difficult at Cleveland Clinic. Valet not really a viable option.
