He was amazing! After many years of doctors not knowing what to do about my symptoms, Dr. Sullivan rather quickly assessed a direction to pursue and was very quick and concise. I also like that he gave me his commitment to not stop trying to diagnose and/or try to remedy my health issues. I am very grateful to him, the clinic, and especially to God!

I was impressed by both how quickly I was able to get in for my first visit and for how much was accomplished in one day. The fact that the first doctor rather quickly recommended and went out of his way to arrange for me to see Dr. Sullivan, made me very impressed in the collaboration between specialists within the clinic.

This was a much faster process than trying to see a doctor in person. I was very happy with the process and the outcome. I'm glad this option is available. I think it's great. It was perfect for this particular situation.

I haven't been to the doctor in a very long time. I have to say that I had some apprehensions in a laundry list of issues that I wanted to have checked out and was concerned that it would just be an in and out appointment due to doctors being so busy. This was not the case at all. Dr. Sullivan made sure all my questions were answered and made me not feel rushed. He even went above and beyond with walking me towards the area that I needed to go for a blood test. Thank you!

Very impressed with the way things are done at the Clinic. Hope has been restored in me after years of battling a chronic issue that no one could figure out back home. Within one visit to the Clinic I have a preliminary diagnosis and that in itself has been life changing for me. I am so thankful that I was able to see doctors who genuinely seemed to care; they listened to what I was saying and then had the knowledge to put those pieces together and go from there. I also appreciated that if a particular doctor didn't know about something they didn't just try to brush it away or make something up; instead they consulted other doctors and also told me they were unsure. I am very grateful for the level of care that I have received. Thank you!

dr Sullivan is probably the best dr experience I had.

Reviewed on Oct 2, 2019

Dr. Sullivan seems like he is a decent and competent person. However, he was obviously there to do the bare minimum. I flew all the way from Colorado looking for a doctor who would looked harder than the doctors I'd seen at home. Dr.sullivan refused to run so much as a simple blood test or listen to any of my concerns about other diseases than the chronic migraine and pain diagnosis I was already given. he just kept giving me scripted answers "we don't see the value in testing you" and "I can see that you are frustrated". It seems that the only reason I was "accepted " to the national counsel, was so that everyone could get paid for reading my medical record. Because that's pretty much all they did. I've met a lot of rude, uncaring, dismissive doctors in the last 3.5 years of what ever is wrong with me, but spend all that money and hope to have a couple of doctors smile and nod and give me lectures on narcotics and exercise was the worst. People with horrible medical problems and pain like me need a doctor who is on their side. Cleveland Clinic doctors on only on their own side.
