Reviewed on Apr 13, 2018

wait time to see dr Stein was over 2 hours, which I considered totally unacceptable. he was rushed in our discussion,or maybe I was more concerned with all the people waiting on him than he was. his assistant provided radically different prognosis of my condition within 30 minutes.

Reviewed on Apr 13, 2018

Dr. Stein could not help the delay in my office visit, as he was involved in a procedure that required more time than had been planned. In this type of work, I understand that emergencies happen. I would want him to take the same great care of me that he did for the person before me who needed extra time.

Reviewed on Mar 9, 2018

Dr. Stein provided information on what to do in the worst case scenarios even though such situations were possible in less than 5% of cases related to the procedure that was performed.

Reviewed on Mar 6, 2018

Dr. Stein is the best doctor I have ever seen. If someone would ask what kind of doctor I would want to see it would be him. He is brilliant, yet completely approachable and explains things in a very detailed yet easy to understand manner. He clearly is a kind man and is the type of personality all doctors should possess. He spent more time answering my questions and addressing my concerns than any other doctor I have gone to. And it is clear he really is an expert in his field. I have never had a doctor spend that much time with me and giving me clear information. I am SO happy I went to the Cleveland Clinic.

Reviewed on Mar 6, 2018

Cleveland Clinic is clearly a well-oiled machine. And I say that in best way possible as things are run very efficiently. Dr. Stein has the same person answering his phone (and you aren't put on hold a person actually answers) and he is very helpful as well. You all really have things working well there. I am very impressed. His nurse Beth was great and you could tell his whole team is a group of caring and intelligent individuals.
