As always, she is genuinely interested in how I'm doing. She actively listens to what I'm saying. She never makes you feel that you are time limited in any discussion. She's amazing.

Kathy Kraus is the PA who fills my Intrathecal pump. I made comments re: her on a previos page. She is veryAmicable, caring and a very good and well trained re: filling my pump. She always verifies identity on the medication ( syringe) with me prior to starting the procedure. I am very fortunate to have Kathy as the PA who fills my pump, revirwd and orders medications as needed. Her skills are impecable. Walker Center oain management at Cleveland Clinic is vety fortunate to have Kathy Kraus as an employee.

Ms. Kraus is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and communicates well. Beyond that, she is very empathetic and connects with patients who are dealing with extreme, chronic pain.

Kathy is just all around on top of everything and if she don't understand something, she takes the time to figure it out and get it straight where we understand what's going on and if she can do a couple of the different things that she will think will work

I think she was very nice and she listened to me explain my pain. She examined my back and found that I was all spasmed. She also prescribed A anti-inflammatory medicine for my back pain, which is helping a little. I'm still suffering In lower back pain but It has helped A little .

PA Kraus had previously done consultation with me in person over year ago. She remembered me and had clearly reviewed past notes prior to this visit. She made clear diagnosis with referral for treatment. I believe she flagged up our visit as in less than two hours I received a folllowup call to schedule the procedure and they were able to schedule me for the following week. PA Krause did an excellent job in her interactions with me and in initiating the post appointment communication.
