Ms. Kraus is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and communicates well. Beyond that, she is very empathetic and connects with patients who are dealing with extreme, chronic pain.

Kathy is just all around on top of everything and if she don't understand something, she takes the time to figure it out and get it straight where we understand what's going on and if she can do a couple of the different things that she will think will work

I think she was very nice and she listened to me explain my pain. She examined my back and found that I was all spasmed. She also prescribed A anti-inflammatory medicine for my back pain, which is helping a little. I'm still suffering In lower back pain but It has helped A little .

PA Kraus had previously done consultation with me in person over year ago. She remembered me and had clearly reviewed past notes prior to this visit. She made clear diagnosis with referral for treatment. I believe she flagged up our visit as in less than two hours I received a folllowup call to schedule the procedure and they were able to schedule me for the following week. PA Krause did an excellent job in her interactions with me and in initiating the post appointment communication.
