Bad was when in March 12 they had us see a neurologist and I called the complaint department and never got back to me and you still billed for appt. The Dr. Knew because I said why r we see you for second opinion about his spine and not a orthopedic? Yet he continued you to appt. It was waste of time and travel. This appt was good, except they called 1 hr. Before to do an x-ray and my son could not do that machine and the other was down so kinda frustrated. Need to have more time x-ray cut into appt time with Dr. Felt rushed
