Harder and harder to reach CCF for an appointment since they have gone to a central scheduling. Dr Hsia was very personable, listened to my concerns and made a great plan for treatment. Great experience.

The convenience of a video visit for a minor issue was wonderful because it saved driving time. Also, because I have had in-person care from this provider in the past made me feel comfortable for a video visit.

excellent doctor who was good in providing disturbing results.

Reviewed on Feb 11, 2020

I understand these doctor's are busy but scheduling an appointment with any of them, while easy enough to do, are so spaced out that you can never get them on one area as they also work out of two or three others. While Dr. Hasia is a good and competent doctor and so are my other ones, it is practically impossible to see them more than a few times per year. I'm glad for the wait list openings but scheduling is an administrative task and should be regulated top-down.

Reviewed on Feb 11, 2020

Dr Hsia is very calm and competent; he takes you down a peg on calmness if you're freaking out about a particular type of procedure as well as which year it would happen.

Reviewed on Dec 30, 2019

Dr.Hsia is probably one of the very few staff physicians affiliated with Cleveland Clinic who is very personable, which is an excellent quality to have as a doctor. A lot of others could use his professionalism as a great guideline to assist them in doing their job.

I was more attended by the Physician Assistant than the doctor itself. I had wish the doctor talked to me more about what was going on with my problem the past couple of months.

Reviewed on Oct 30, 2019

Dr. Hsia was very thorough and very clear in explaining what my problem is, the causes, and a plan of action to follow. I have felt better following his recommendations and will complete physical therapy regime he has set up for me. I feel most comfortable with him and find him most professional and knowledgeable. Glad I saw him!

Reviewed on Oct 28, 2019

The doctor was more concerned with trying to convince me I was fine and did not even look at my list of symptoms that could have helped him understand the complexity of my situation/reason for seeing him.

Reviewed on Oct 17, 2019

Dr. Hsia is very nice, but I felt that exam overall was not thorough enough given that my pain has lasted more than a year.
