Cleveland clinic has always made me feel like a priority and shown me top care from the most friendly and knowledgeable staff any person could ask for. That goes for every single person in the clinic, even those who did not tend to me directly but assisted me in checking in and finding where I needed to go and booking appointments. Dr. Hsia is patient and caring. He possesses the most important quality in a doctor. Listening to the patient. Though our past interaction was short, he greatly helped me reduce my pain and past anxiety without the use of medication. For that I am most grateful.
