Dr. Figler is a phenomenal doctor and I know I'm in the best hands . He explains things very well and doesn't make me feel like we have to rush so he can get to his next patient. Im very hopeful that Dr. Figler is going to help me more than any other doctor has.

Dr. Figler is amazing in his knowledge as a doctor! He listens well. I only had problem sometimes hearing him as he is rather soft spoken and speaks quite quickly. But he got me to thee best PT person I've ever worked with and insisted I see one before he would even consider giving me an injection for my hip! turns out after months in therapy, i don't feel the need for either injection or surgery at this time! amazing. Dr. figler mentions using My Chart but he doesn't seem to respond very quickly. my question isn't terribly important and i felt badly writing to him but he'd told me to anytime. I'm sure i'll hear from him at some time. He is a good doctor.

I understand Dr Figler is head of concussion & as such felt fortunate to schedule with him. but my sons appt was at 8:40 & he was NOT seen by Figler until 11:20! that is completely unacceptable & shows no respect or concert or others time. I had to leave for a meeting that I had already pushed back bc of his delay & was unable to stay for remainder of visit. my son said Figler literally gave him 5min, cleared him & walked out. at no point did he apologize nor did anyone come to tell us of a delay & or give us the option to reschedule had we known of a 3hoyr delay. let me also mention my son missed a futhe entire am of school, an exam that needed to be made up & I do NOT see why 2 nurses & an assistant had to come in take vitals & ask same questions. completely disappointed with this last visit. waited 3 hours for nothing
