It is also the most gratifying to see a very complex patient, who has been turned down by other centers, who comes to me for an opinion. We fix them, and they feel like a million bucks in follow-up. For someone like me who has come from a modest background, not only is this gratifying, but incredibly humbling.”

As i have gotten older, my earimg isnt as good and my thought process is slower. Dr Desia explained what was going on with my heart and kindly repeated when needed. unfortunately my options were limited. Doctors and surgeons at other facilities had given up and have said they have done all they can do. Desai was knowledgeable and confident in his diagnoses and Pettersson was confident that he can perform a successful surgery giving me my life back. They both took time to listen to and didnt rush mr through the visit. yes, i would recommend anyone who started havimg heart problems to go to Cleveland Climic as soon as possible. They can do it right the first time!
