the Physician assistant, Pat, with Dr Grant Reed's practice worked very hard at bridging communication and transitioning to my local physicians. All providers appeared knowledgeable and competent!

Reviewed on Mar 5, 2021

The doctor was frustrated because I couldn't get the video to work so by the time I talked to him, he was short with me. At first, he appeared to not want to consider what I shared with him concerning recent changes that I was feeling that concerned me. After he hung up, he called back and wanted me to wear a heart monitor. When I was frustrated and wasn't sure why, he told me because he told me to.

Reviewed on Mar 1, 2021

I was blown away with my cardio docs bedside manner. I have never had a doctor take my own blood pressure OR walk me to the next office I needed to be. Dr. B also listened intently to my past medical history and current concerns. he also showed concern to find out what was medically going on. In past experiences with other providers, once they discover they can't find out any answers they dismiss my cardiac arrest. I found hope and and compassion during my appointment.
