Dr Tyler has a very comfortable style which does away with any anxiety during visits. He answers all questions- and explains all medical terms and "initials". He does very thorough testing & diagnosis . It's worth the trip to main campus for appointments.

The nurses, nurse anesthetist and Dr. Stevens were excellent! I had not met Dr. Stevens until that morning but he was kind and thorough and put me at ease. I trusted the team and felt very comfortable in their care. A little humor in the OR helped put me at ease.

Dr. Stevens has been one of my doctors at the Cleveland Clinic and he has always put my health and wellness first. He explains, listens and answers questions that meand my family asks and keeps me up to date on my wacked out condition, great doctor, very respective and caring.

Reviewed on Oct 1, 2021

Megan and Sarah in the procedure room with Dr Stevens were compassionate and kind. Obviously a colonoscopy isn't everyone's favorite procedure but they were sensitive to that, friendly, and seemed to do their job well. Made sure I was comfortable with everything by explaining clearly what was happening.

Dr. Stevens is a very talented doctor and a special human being. He has been one of the most, if not the most, concerned doctors I've ever had. He listens to me, and he takes the time necessary to hear me and fully understand my situation. He is not afraid to disagree with my other doctors. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. Dr Steven's is perfect.

Doctor seemed very knowledgeable. It seemed though, when I asked questions, he got a little agitated and was anxious to end the visit. He did asses the MRI as was asked - he just seemed to be bothered with additional questions.

I was upset with the doctor after my procedure he did not come and talk to me or my person that was there with me to explain anything that happened he took pictures of things that were done but he did not discuss them with me he gave them to the person in the room for my postop who didn't really explain anything either and just wanted to rush me out as soon as possible

Reviewed on Jul 2, 2021

I am very upset with the fact that the doctor did not postop discuss anything with me or my relative that was there with me. Also I was very upset with the nurse that was in postop he just wanted to rush me out as soon as possible he did not provide me an aid to take me by wheelchair down to the first floor to the pick up area to get in my ride. I've never been treated so terrible and my whole entire life after the procedure I will not ever come back to main campus at Cleveland clinic ever again

Dr Steven's did a great job.
