I repeat, once I was on with the doctor, Dr. Huang, everything was fine. It was the experience of trying to deal with the appointment through MyChart that caused the concern and irritation.

The prompt scheduling was surprisingly easy and accommodating. Dr. Huang was very present during my appointment and took her time to make sure she covered all bases and answered my questions. Having a virtual follow up the morning after my echo stress test with NP AmyTomic was reassuring. The young lady at the Avon facility was great at suggesting my blood work could be done at the Sandusky Cancer Center 20 minutes from my home. I am very happy with the care I have received in the past 8 days.

I really have to say, I am very disappointed that I have not heard back from my email message to Dr. Huang, that I sent over a week ago. During my appointment, she didnt seem to know my history very well, so coming out of the appointment, I revisited some tough parts of my past, to get her the information she needed. I messaged this information to her, over a week ago, and have not heard a single peep in return. This was my first visit with her and I will likely not be going back to her after being treated like this.
