I could not say enough AMAZING things about Dr Gomes. He answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I understood everything he was saying. he took his time and didn't rush out of the room and see another patient. he is the MOST caring doctor I have ever seen and I left my appointment very happy with the answers I needed.

I would have liked more detailed information about what causes my issue rather than focusing completely on treatment. At the time, I was unclear about what questions to ask, but now I need to following up with my new physician and ask those questions and/or do research myself.

I have never had such a wonderful experience with a health care provider. It felt like the Disney of hospital/ doctor experiences. Dr. Gomes even walked me to the lobby door, I was blown away by that. He took the time to truly listen, he is the first provider I have encountered who was knowledgeable on my condition and in answering my questions- I can't thank him and the Cleveland Clinic enough.

The intern advised that the doctor was a little behind. The wait time was not unreasonable. The doctor did not rush my visit, gave clinical observations and teaching to the intern, and even escorted me out to the reception area. Dr. Gomes and Intern Mannan were very courteous and professional. I would recommend them highly.

convenience was fair only because we live in Indiana. we were very happy to in to dr. Gomes, I was very refreshing to have a doctor who cared enough to listen to me. he confirmed the problem was not vascular and recommended another doctor at the Hospital that would look at what he believed to be the root cause.

The initial receptionist asked if I had other areas of concern, leading to my consulting with Dr. Gomes. Good action on the receptionist's part, and good marketing. The nurse who helped fit me with support hose later in my visit also deserves kudos. Overall, my impression of the Cleveland Clinic and my contact with Dr. Gomes and the staff associated with his service is very positive.

This was the second time I saw The doctor, Also it was the second time that I saw his assistant. Both are excellent physicians, took the time to explain everything to me.
