My only concern is that because we come from the Warren, Ohio area to Cleveland, Ohio for these appts, sometimes the results from the tests and procedures are not available at the time of the appt with the physician. Generally they are done an hour before we meet with the physician. This can be frustrating and stressful because there is no opportunity to discuss the results (good or bad) with the physician (in person). Yes, we receive them in MyChart and we do get a phone call if there is a concern on the results. However, if that happens, it would have been so much better and less stressful if we could have had that discussion in his office that day. We would be willing to come and spend a longer time. Perhaps the tests and procedures could be done in the morning and the appt scheduled for later in the afternoon (?) That way everything is done and completed in one day. Quite often we have had to wait.
