Dr Sutherland was respectful, kind, and empathetic. My one complaint is that she was not knowledgeable about my history or the reason I was referred to her for the procedure/diagnostic. She made incorrect assumptions that led her to make ill-informed recommendations for follow up procedures that ultimately were not needed.
