i love Dr.Steinmetz and Erin Anderson,PA

Reviewed on Aug 22, 2018

I was coming for a second opinion. I had to answer so many questions which didn't seem important for this visit. Sometimes wait times are long. Dr. Steinmetz was very professional and knowledgable about my problem being discussed. There was a student who evaluated me first before Dr. Steinmetz entered the room.

Reviewed on Aug 17, 2018

*Dr. David Hardy came to my room twice personally and his staff daily. *Dr. Steimmetz personally followed up!

Reviewed on Aug 13, 2018

All the staff and doctors were superbly generous, kind, and pleasant.

Dr. Steinmetz did not examine me. His assistant did all the initial questions so that when he came in he did NOT ask me anything. He talked and that was it. Not a good visit in my opinion.

Again, Dr. Steimetz was with other patient prior to seeing me. He did NOT examine me. He did not ask if I had questions.

Reviewed on Jun 13, 2018

This visit was the first time I had ever waited more than 15 minutes to see the doctor. Not sure why the delay but I did see him and another doctor getting off the elevator about 45 minutes after my appt. time. I assumed that he was called out on some emergency. I was the last patient of the day so I took all the slack in the schedule. Dr. Steinmentz was very apologetic about the wait and really took the time to listen and work with me about my situation.

Reviewed on Jun 13, 2018

Dr Samuel was the first doctor I seen, he was very informative regarding my issue, said that he would like to try something first, before surgery I was really please with what he said, he left, and than Dr Steinmetz came in and explained everything a little bite more in depth, was very satisfied.

My experience with the staff and Dr. Steinmetz was nothing but excellent. The staff was prompt, efficient, and thoughtful, and Dr.Steinmetz quickly diagnosed my problem and provided me with several paths to correct my problem. This task was more difficult than usual since I was in the Cleveland area for only a limited time period.
