it was a long wait to see Dr.Steinmetz. However I understand that he is very important and his time is precious. Therefore I find him to be well worth waiting for. I value his time and his opinion beyond any other doctor. I will always wait to see him even though his PA said I did not need to and strongly discouraged me in making an appointment. when I had a severe neuropathy flare- his nurse Laurie was tremendously kind and helpful. I am grateful for Cleveland Clinic and Dr. Steinmetz did my back surgery and was incredible in my healing. Dr Steinmetz stands for the greatness the clinic is known for. He is the finest and compassionate caring doctor I have ever known.
