I have a high level of trust and faith in Dr. Michner. However, sometimes he comes across as lacking empathy and seems a bit crabby. I know he has a difficult job but so does the patient in this situation. Because of this it's been difficult to feel like we have a strong relationship and I rely on that in this circumstance.
