This evaluation is tough. I'm sure Dr. Fox is a great doctor for MS and other motor neuron disorders however, I felt like my concerns went out the window when my brain MRI came back clear (understandable to some extent).

Reviewed on Aug 27, 2024

I have seen Dr. Fox two times, and both times he has been very patient in listening and asking questions about my symptoms and issues. He is very knowledgeable, and he took the time needed to go over test results and discuss my options for care moving forward.

Dr. Fox is very knowledgeable and professional. I feel like I receive great care from him.

Reviewed on Jun 4, 2024

Dr. Fox was very patient and caring. He went over my MRI's with me and helped me to understand what they indicated.

Reviewed on May 28, 2024

Dr Fox and Dr Swetlik were phenomenal. They took time to listen to me, to explain what they were looking for and spent a ton of time explaining their thoughts on my condition. The care I received from them is unmatched by any provider I have seen in the past for any condition

Reviewed on Mar 5, 2024

Doctor took his time and explain to me what Ms was. Then we went over the X-rays showing the lesions in the brain and fluid in a certain area of the spine. The doctor took his time and was thorough in his explanations, I didn't feel rushed nor like a number but like a human being.

Reviewed on Feb 27, 2024

I have had MS for over 20 years and have been going to the Mellen Ctr the entire time. I specifically requested a provider and had an appointment scheduled with her. About 90 mins before my e-visit I logged in to do my pre-visit information and saw my appointment was switched to. Provider I do not like. So I called in and was able to cancel that appointment and get a new one with my doctor. I had to wait over a week, but it was ok.. This time. It was the first time in a long long time that I was upset by the clinic. I wouldn't change for anything

Reviewed on Feb 27, 2024

This was only my second visit with Dr. Fox. He listened, asked questions and over all couldn't have done a better job treating me as an entire person and patient. I have seen and dealt with a lot of doctors outside and inside the Cleveland Clinic- I would put him at the top. He could teach a master class in bedside and patient care.
