Reviewed on Mar 21, 2024

I needed to talk to my doctor. I wrote on the portal many times times asking to please have my doctor call me. His nurse finally wrote me and talked about a drug and a monitor but not about what was happening to me. Finally after my fourth attempt of me begging for the doctor to call me she finally said he would see me...a week after I went into afib and that had never happened before. My watch notified me of afib and I was being diagnosed without talking to my doctor. I was scared. I finally saw my doctor and he was terrific. Getting to talk to him and getting an appointment to see him was awful.

Reviewed on Mar 21, 2024

I had to write four letters begging for my doctor to see or talk to me. My only answers were from his nurse who never answered my questions. She was awful and insensitive.

I was told that they called me, but I never received any calls from Cleveland Clinic. I was fortunate that Dr. Novaro was available around the same time on the day of my appointment and was able to see me.

Always excellent service and consideration. I been coming attending Cleveland Clinic for many years, started with and through the Executive Health Department and have continue seeking care from this institution and doctors ever since.

Reviewed on Feb 19, 2024

Everything going well during this visit. The doctor answered most of my other questions. I submitted my echo dop complete reports and cd from my 11/2018 and 12/2023. Wishing to get explanation of conditions from both results. Due to limited time of the visit, I was not able to get explanation from both reports. I was recommended to see the surgeon doctor for fixing mitral valve problems. I left the CD from both tests to be uploaded into my records and was told I can get my CD back during my follow up visit with the surgeon. But I did not write a note taped on the CD. I haven't got the CD back on my 3/1 visit with the surgeon Dr. Navia. I was told it might be mailed to me.
