office running behind due to bookings. I see Dr Novarro every 6 months. He is great so I do not mind waiting in the pt room . I know he will not rush me, will require cardiac surgery for valve replacement.

Provider seemed indifferent; seemed rather like I was somewhat of a bother and wasting his time. That said, he was professional and reassuring so I really cannot complain too much. I did not want to see the provider and only visited because my primary had ordered the consult. I was not very comfortable and would not really want to see this provider again. I'm quite sorry to be saying this. Overall, I was given a very good report about my findings and he was knowledgeable so I have no complaints in that regard.

Dr. Novaro was easy to converse with, and he asked us pertinent questions and listened to me. He was requested for a Second Opinion because of complications I have had, for 3 months, since my open heart surgery in December 2017. He gave us confidence and hope, and after the past 2 weeks on his Rx I am showing the best results, and energy, since my operation.
