It was a good experience. Dr. Lorenz was very pleasant and articulate. I was told to have any questions ready to ask the doctor. I had carefully written questions that were important to me. However I felt there was not time left to discuss these.

Dr. Lorenz was amazing. He explained my condition in a way that my previous caregivers did not. He helped me set a course of action and really listened to my concerns. I am so thankful I was able to see him. Thank you to the entire clinic for all their help.

i found the entire experience extremely satisfactory. Everyone was courteous and competent , from the appointment center to the staff and receptionists to Dr. Lorenz himself! it was all very well-organized too. Dr. Lorenz was friendly, professional, concerned, explained and shared allinfo with me, showed empathy for my situation and was quite helpful. He took time to listen and todiscuss the situation with me, which was wonderful!! This visit was for a second opinion, but I am seriously thinking of transferring over to Dr. Lorenz as my main doctor for this health issue!

Excellent, simply Excellent. Dr. Lorenz did something worthy of mention and unusual:He provided me with the highest and best advice about my condition, and simultaneously encouraged me to reach my own conclusion relative to his advice. For many physicians and other advice giving professionals, this is a hard balance to reach. Dr. Lorenz did it easily.

From the moment I got to the Cleveland Clinic everyone I came into contact with was very courteous and knowledgeable. My appointment with Dr Lorenz exceeded all expectations. As a new patient I feel that we went out of his way to get to know me and my medical background. He was professional and personable and obviously extremely knowledgeable as it pertains to my rare condition.

WE talked about many different new ideas for finishing up reconstruction of mouth area...Dr. Lorenz gave several ideas to look in to, a brochure to help with contacting a company with equipment I might use for exercising mouth, explanation about an ENT test he did in the office and showed a video with assurances that no tumors were in my nasal cavity. He summarized all that we talked about before we left.

Dr Lorenz is excellent in walking me through the current status of my situation. He talks with my other doctors at CCF. We talk through next steps together. I have peace of mind these days, which is important to my mental health, because I trust Dr Lorenz's advice and next steps.

I cannot even describe how thankful I am for *Dr. Lorenz (also *Dr. Bryson). What excellent physicians... this is what health care should always be like. The confidence I felt after meeting the two of them was outstanding. The amount of time explaining my upcoming procedure. Well worth the trip to Cleveland.

Dr. Lorenz is always pleasant, never rushed, explains options and includes me in decisions.

Reviewed on Oct 19, 2017

Care from Dr. Lorenz's office has been excellent. He is VERY concerned about my condition and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am able to continue to live my life to the highest level possible. Dr. Lorenz will take the time to make calls after hours to check on me following surgery. Not just following surgery, but a month or two, or even three months later he will make a call to check on me and make sure my breathing is okay. I have never had a doctor exemplify the positive qualities Dr Lorenz exhibits while taking care of patients.

Reviewed on Oct 18, 2017

Dr. Lorenz listened carefully to my questions, responded thoroughly, and was extremely thorough in explaining my follow up.
