One never has enough time for discussion with doctor, but was not rushed

Reviewed on Jul 1, 2019

I was immediately put at ease with Dr. Saliba. He had thoroughly read my transcrips from my cardiologist in Erie, PA and had a wonderful bedside manner while explaining that he doesn't have all the answers to afib. He questioned my need for surgery and wanted to understand my expectations. He took his time in preadmission and followed up after surgery twice. I also had the pleasure of speaking with his associate (Dr. Waheed?) from Australia prior to discharge. He answered additional questions and spoke quite highly of the procedure and care as performed by Dr. Saliba.

Dr Saliba was running about 45 min later for my 5 pm appointment but that does not bother me because if I have questions or concerns I want him to spend time explaining whatever to me in layman's terms.

Reviewed on May 29, 2019

Dr. Salida was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me so much excellent verbal only wish is that I would have recorded our entire conversation to listen to later and take notes. I would love to do it over because I don't remember all the information he gave me. Or maybe a printed sheet with everything he says during an appointment on atrial fibrillation.
