Great experience with Dr. Navarro. He was very informative, took the time to explain everything in laymans terms, listened to all my questions, explained in detail all the options for addressing my spine issue, and left the choice to me to decide without pushing any particular agenda. It was a pleasant experience being able to talk with him and really get all of my concerns addressed in a friendly and helpful way.

All the staff I met at Cleveland clinic were very friendly and helpful, from the international patient team to the nurses and staff within Dr. Navarro's office. Overall, everyone was very helpful and pleasant throughout my experience.
