Crystal went above and beyond my expectations in insuring a second same day appointment for x-rays, which covered all areas of possible injury. And she phoned later in the day to follow up, referring me to Dr. Smyth for final clearance to return to my physical activity without further injury.

I had been hesitant about returning to Cleveland clinic because of all of the turnover. It seemed like every time I found a great physician or PA they would leave the practice. But I am glad I returned because my nurse was great. She was very thorough and addressed all my concerns. She definitely made me feel at ease.
