Dr. Bedad-Heitor is a fantastic Physician. She has a great personality and is incredibly knowledgeable which combine to create a terrific learning experience for me. I have donated to the Cleve Clinic previously and will do once again in the future naming her.

The appointment with Dr Heitor came via patient relations employee in emergency room. This is the best service and brilliant move by CC. James was able to get me an immediate follow up appointment and per my wishes schedule me with an internist specializing in patients over 60. Dr Fernanda Heitor is the most caring Dr, spent time with me, checked me over and scripted test I should have had a year or so ago that Dr Bashin did not prescribe. Dr Fernanda discussed with me all of the things I should be aware of at this age. That was missed previously. My faith in Cleveland Clinic internal care with focus on prevention is restored. Dr. Was was professional in all aspects of her field and talking to her patient and recommendations and follow ups accordingly to keep her healthy. After being a patient for several years with Dr. Galindo who I love dearly Dr. Fernanda is as loving and caring as Dr. Galindo. She definitely is a keeper just like when I first met Dr. Galindo.

Original apt was r/s, but here info didn't get put into the next appt. There was a gas delivery truck causing a jam in front of the doors. This made It difficult for me get my 91 year old mom Inside for several minutes. These things combined caused us to loose our appt. About 1/2 hr we seen by Dr Fernanda Heitor-Behdad & she was wonderful!
