Industry Relationships
Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists may collaborate with the pharmaceutical or medical device industries to help develop medical breakthroughs or provide medical expertise or education. Dr. Alvarez prescribed Albuterol for use with tjhe nebulizer. He did not tell me he was ordering it and why. Also, I was never informed the frequency o fusing the nebulizer.

I was very skeptical of what the day was gonna be like, my old pulmonologist Dr Rahaghi had been promoted and I was having to see a Dr R Alvarez. My skepticism when through the door when he entered the room. In walked a burst of sunlight. Throughout the visit I never for a minute regretted getting him as my doctor. He listened, answered all my questions and taught me a few things about my disease and what to expect. Prior to meeting him I had plans to move on to UM. Well he came directly from UM to Cleveland. I'm just grateful and very pleased. He is a great doctor.

Dr. Alvarez is simply the best. He has a very broad base of knowledge which is helpful to me because of my multiple complex medical conditions. He goes out of the way to help you with whatever resources, testing, etc you need even if not pulmonary.
