ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I have not been to a primary care physician in probably more than 10-20 years. The reason is because whenever I went to a doctor they had zero bedside manner, were rude, quick to write a prescription and rush me out the door onto the next "number". But here, I was treated like a person!! Dr. Paurowski was EXCELLENT! She was kind, patient, she listened, she seemed to genuinely care, she was friendly, personable, prompt, thorough and didn't make me feel rushed in and out. We came up with a great plan to move forward with my issues and will meet with her again in a month to discuss further steps after my bloodwork comes back from Quest. I would HIGHLY recommend her!!

My insurance covers a full annual physical which I informed the provider of.. The exam I received was a Medicare Wellness visit. I did not receive a physical exam.

I think Dr Paurowski is absolutely one of if not the very best care providers that I have met. She's doing everything she can to help me figure out why my hypertension is still out of control. She is actively interested in my well-being. Haven't seen this show of engagement in my health situation at Cleveland in the last 5 years.

This was my first visit ever with any location of Cleveland Clinic and I was not disappointed. I truly appreciated the ease with which I was able to schedule my appointment with ease, the staff was very friendly, and to top it all, Dr. Paurowski was so very knowledgeable and caring. This was our first visit with Kristen. She was a breath of fresh air from our prior PCP at Cleveland Clinic. She listened and made us feel comfortable.
