Helped that the doctor was able to communicate in Spanish. She also went beyond looking up information re concern about a soap used. She shared the pros and cons of its use.

Ms. Visconti was amazing. She listened to my concerns and provided a reasonable and much needed course of action. I have been disregarded for decades with regards to this issue by various physicians. I am beyond thrilled to see where this course of action takes. Even if it does not solve all of the issues, I am confident that Ms. Visconti will continue the excellent care that she provided me.

Patrizia Visconti is outstanding. The treat she provided for after the last visit was a big success and the only follow is minor additional treatment in other areas of my skin that we already discussed last time. What really helped is her setting clear expectation about side effects of the treatment and explaining some alternatives as well.
