Dr. Christina Freese is the ONLY reason I come to Cleveland Clinic. She is an excellent listener. She is compassionate and empathetic. She explains lab and test procedure results as well as next steps in a manner that I understand and appreciate. She never makes me feel rushed and answers all questions I throw her way. She is an excellent physician that you should be proud to have at Cleveland Clinic. Five stars!

Dr Freese seemed genuinely concerned about my wellbeing. Was empathetic and very thorough in finding out what is ailing me. Asked many more questions than my regular physician. Wish Dr Freese was my GP

I had very good experience with Dr.Freese.She was pleasant and friendly.She eased my fear of having a colonoscopy and was very informative about the importance of having this procedure now.

Christina Freese is the sole reason I choose Cleveland Clinic. Her professionalism, expertise, creativity, and compassion are impeccable. Here's one example. During the visit in question, I mentioned that I would try to hurry and explain my symptoms because I knew she had other patients to See. Christina responded, "No, no. Take your time. You are the only patient I have. Take your time." THAT is who SHE IS!

All staff that assist me and seen me were very pleasant and professional. Dr Christine was very nice and professional you answered all my questions and explained everything to me. She listens and helped me figure out something I was experiencing. Very pleased.

I actually love Christina Freese at my provider. But for her, I would choose a different hospital to treat this chronic illness.

I truly enjoy interacting with Christina when discussing my various gastro issues as well as other recent health care issues particularly related to my kidneys, blood pressure, bacterial Infection and my recent hospitalizations. Her advice and insights are a key part of my overall health care program.
