The doctor was very kind, listened to my explanation of my condition, did a preliminary physical exam, analyzed the ex-rays and explained clearly what he examined. Then he prescribed a first-step treatment (PT) with directions for follow-up in case this first-step was not effective. It was an excellent example of patient care.

Dr. Dakkak is an amazing Doctor. He took care of my knee swelling the same day. My Husband has Cancer and I am his caregiver. Dr. Dakkak knew how difficult it is for me to schedule appointments for myself - so he was able to get my procedure approved by my Insurance Company and perform the draining of my knee during the initial appointment. Such care is admirable.

I had to go through two different podiatrists at Cleveland Clinic, a set of x-rays, a MRI, and months of physical therapy before I was able to get the appropriate treatment with Dr. Dakkak. Dr.Dakkak was able to diagnose my injury immediately as a vertical tear of my Achilles tendon, bursitis in my heel, and degenerate disease, using an ultrasound machine and then educated me of the benefits of shock therapy.I really appreciate Dr. Dakkak's personal attention, his professional advice and treatment that he displayed. At this time of the survey I still have two more treatments left with Dr. Dakkak.

The only thing I would say is Dr. Dakaak, after establishing that I am a good candidate for Tenjet, did another test, bending my arm. It hurt and continued to hurt for some days, as if he further injured it. And I still haven't heard from Alex regarding scheduling my procedure. Alex's voicemail is full.
