Peng successfully removed impacted ear wax which was causing me a lot of discomfort. I originally went to walk in clinic and they couldn't flush it out. Peng graciously saw me when she had a full schedule. I'm very grateful she was able to fit me in and help me.

Peng was very engaged. She did a thorough examination, explained clearly what she discovered and then provided treatment options.

A++ provider. She took the time to explain the sinus area and how everything interacted, how to use medicine properly, and spoke in a way that way informative in layman's terms without ever talking down. She was exemplary and should be commended in whatever way possible. If I ever need an ENT again, I will request her by name!
