Someone called after discharge to set up a follow-up surgical visit within the parameters that I was supposed to see the doctor. After discharge from my December 21st surgery, I had to call, and they couldn't fit me in until two weeks after my follow-up with my surgeon. I had to turn the visit into a virtual one as I was not cleared to drive yet, and it was fantastic.

My spouse was ill when scheduled for this appointment. I requested we swap appointments since mine was the following week and it was approved. The difficulty is getting through to the doctor's office. You have to call the clinic main number and then hope that you get connected. The problem is the system- not the folks you talk to.

The nurse assisting Dr. Patel was very courteous and addressed my concerns in a positive manner. Dr. Patel as always showed concern pertaining all test results where needed.
